A family favorite, this 1.5-mile long trail runs along the Oconaluftee River, offering scenic views and wildlife spotting opportunities.

Directions to Location

  1.  Walk behind the visitor center
  2.  Head towards the Mountain Farm Museum
  3.  Picked up the trail at the far end of the museum
  4.  Traverse the trail along the riverbank for 1.5 miles
