Brookings Cabin

A very unique mountain get-away our cabin is located within walking distance from the quaint down-town of Cashiers NC, although it feels miles away from anything.

Built in the 40's, Brookings' Cabin is a very unique mountain get-away. Located on a ridge just above downtown Cashiers, the cabin gives you the feel of being miles away from anything, but if you get the urge for a cup of coffee you can simply walk down our hiking trail out of the back yard right into down town. The cabin was built out of Wormy Chestnut wood in the 1940's. After a careful restoration in 2010, we kept the warm feel of the older cabin while giving it all the luxuries of modern living. With 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, this cabin is large enough to entertain the whole family. It sits on a large property with plenty of yard for the kids to play in as well.
